When will I get my order?
- Digital products (downloadables, printables) will be available for immediate download after purchase.
- Physical products are made to order and will be sent as soon as production is complete, about 7-10 business days.
- Estimate shipping times estimates: USA 5-7 business days; Canada 7-10 business days; rest of the world 10-20 business days.
- Production and shipping times may be longer than usual due to COVID. There are delays in supply chain including distributors and shipping carriers that make it difficult to estimate exact delivery dates. An estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
- International shipments may incur customs fees. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
- Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send a replacement order to the correct address, however it will be at your own cost.
- If the shipping address was correct, check that your package was not left with a neighbor or your local post office and email us your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
How do I track my order?
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with your shipment tracking number. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
- Please email us within a week’s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
- We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please email us.
Do you offer refunds?
- Refunds are not available on digital products (downloadables, printables, digital stamps, etc.)
- Refunds are offered on physical products to customers that have received damaged/defective items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us photos of the damaged/defective item and we’ll sort that out for you.
Do you offer exchanges?
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
- At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If ordering apparel and you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts that are available on each product page. Just click the “Size Guide” link to view a pop-up window with the sizing info.
- Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please email us within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll discuss next steps to get the issue resolved.
